Hi, I’m Lani. I am a plant-based vegan consultant & content creator. I connect people to vegan & plant-based resources, reviews, and delicious recipe recommendations, plus support vegan businesses via content creation.

I have spent the last 7 years trying recipe after recipe to find the best ones, and devouring books, podcasts and films learning why eating plants is better for our health, our planet, and for animal welfare.  I use my experience to educate and inspire the veg-curious so that they can make small changes throughout their day that add up to a healthy, harmonious, and nourished life. These are changes that I have put into practice myself. And, if I can change…anyone can!
